Getting Started With PilotDuty Manager

Get started and begin managing your aviation group or organization effectively

Welcome to PilotDuty Manager!

Follow these simple steps to get started and begin managing your aviation group or organization effectively.


Step 1 — Sign Up

OnBoarding

From the PilotDuty Manager homepage, click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner or the “Get Started” button in the center of the page.

Click “Sign Up” to create your account. No credit card is required.


Step 2 — Create an Account

Create an account

You can sign up using your Google or Apple account, or manually with your email address and a password.

Enter your details and click “Get started” to continue.


Step 3 — Set Up Your Organization

Once you’ve created your account, the onboarding flow will guide you to set up your organization.

Simply enter the Organization Name that you want to manage (e.g., Acme Aviation) and click Continue.

Enter your organization name and click “Continue” to proceed.


Step 4 — You’re All Set!

Onboarding complete

That’s it! Your organization is now active.

Click “Continue to your Dashboard” to begin using PilotDuty Manager.
